Autolabel helps artists organize their Artist DNA, profile links, release plans, campaign materials, and AI-assisted workflow outputs. We collect the information needed to provide the product, keep accounts secure, and improve the Artist Dashboard experience.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email, login provider, and workspace membership.
- Artist information you add, including bios, links, goals, release notes, files, and campaign context.
- Connected-platform data only when you choose to connect or provide a profile link.
- Usage and technical data needed for security, debugging, analytics, billing, and support.
How we use information
- To provide Autolabel, Artist Dashboard, Label Balance, and related AI Label Services.
- To personalize artist strategy, saved context, rollout planning, and workflow recommendations.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, process payments, and respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal, platform, and payment obligations.
Third-party platforms
If you connect platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, Twitch, X, TikTok, Meta, SoundCloud, or music data providers, Autolabel only uses the access you authorize or the public/profile information you provide. We do not claim unavailable audience stats or scrape private data.
Sharing
We do not sell artist workspace data. We may share information with service providers that help operate Autolabel, such as hosting, database, analytics, AI/model providers, payment processors, and support tools, only as needed to run the service.
Data retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your Autolabel account or workspace data by following the data deletion instructions. Some records may be kept when required for security, tax, payment, dispute, or legal reasons.
